All this talk of Quidditch and children is becoming annoying. I am suddenly reminded why I do not miss socializing with the vast majority of the wizarding world. Do we really have nothing better to discuss?

Wait, you mean you don't care how many kids Qudditch players are popping out?

Inconceivable.

Preposterous I'd like to read something more prevalent to my own life, than to the lives of those overpaid for their inability to find a real job.

You're telling me that if you ever had to find a job, you wouldn't jump at the chance to earn an obscene amount of money while flying around on a broom, playing your favorite game?

Doesn't mean I care about their personal lives, though. I'm with you on that.

Considering I have no ability nor desire to fly around on a broom in the first place, not so much. Quidditch is a man's sport in which ladies should have no place.

After all, they do seem to get into the most trouble for acting like slags, do they not? This is no coincidence.

Well, there are plenty of people out there who are overpaid. Hell, just look at Gilderoy Lockhart - he doesn't even know what to do with all the money he makes off of that rubbish he calls 'non-fiction'.

So you're saying that women who play Quidditch are automatically 'slags' because they play a sport that is primarily dominated by males?

This is true.

No, I'm simply saying that it is not an working environment that is particularly conducive to attempts to limit oneself to proper behaviour. Slytherin never allowed girls on our Hogwarts team for a specific reason.

Right. I keep forgetting how important 'proper behavior' is to you.

Do I detect sarcasm, Mister Gray?

Unless proper behavior suddenly isn't important to you, than no.

It's just my belief that people can still be proper even if they aren't constantly worrying about being on their best behavior 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Seems a bit tiring, actually.

I will only say that you know far too little about me to assume that I do.

I made a promise to someone long ago that I would stop such recklessness. I will not be going back on that for your sake.

You know far too little about me to assume that me telling you to prove you aren't concerned with being completely proper all the time means doing something reckless.

Unfortunately, my history with bouts of improper behaviour has tended more towards reckless than not.

What are your suggestions for non-reckless behaviour?

Be spontaneous. Do something you've always wanted to do but never thought you could. Be daring, not reckless. Think for yourself. Have your own opinion on something instead of just going along with what's been drilled into your head your entire life. Eat more than one piece of cake. Drink from the carton. Go to the market without a list and buy whatever you throw in your cart. Dance around your house in your underwear. Sing in the shower - loudly. Eat dessert for breakfast. Eat breakfast for dinner.

I could keep going.

First of all, do not presume that I do not think for myself. I am old enough to have my own opinions and it just so happens that they fall in line with the way my parents raised me. Why you are talking like such a mudblood, I don't understand--

Additionally, how do you know I've never done any of these things? You're making quite a few assumptions about me for someone who doesn't know me. At all. Please remember that, Mister Gray. You do not know me.
