I will do no such thing! I asked him- with far more civility that he deserved, I might add- to, if he could not abstain from making lewd remarks to you, to at least do it privately, for all our sakes, his as well! I didn't ask him to end your friendship, and I wasn't rude at all; in fact, if anyone was rude, it was him! And I thank you for taking him at his word without bothering to ask me what happened no more than I thank him for telling untrue tales about me.
