Today we recognize one of the most common forms of affection that makes you feel all warm and tingly on the inside...the hug! National Hug Day is a time for us to appreciate the people we care about and how to let them know! "What's so great about a hug?" you ask...well here are a few reasons to wrap your arms (or paws) around the ones you love!
