Amiko does eventually reposition to sheathe him in her, wrapping a couple of fingers at the base with one hand. The other hand reaches further down, and presses at the peritoneum as she slides him inside her, just as if she using an actual object on herself, though her fingers do linger at just the right angles to put the right pressure on him, too. But she works him in and out of her, a low keening sound starting to build again as she rocks a little.
