it doesn't HAVE to be good, my character is honestly probably one of the least concerned in the entire game with how good the movies he takes parts in turn out to be overall. i mostly meant good in terms of how realistic the plot sounds in terms of turning out a movie that might possibly be halfway decent, he wouldn't take a role if the plot sounded like something he wouldn't watch himself.
