i say use it and try to get to know them better if they barely know one another! i normally never delete customs, to be honest. i leave them there just in case that other character wants to talk to mine, even if they're no longer "friends." i just have that quality where i always hope for the best to come along after they get over being mad over whatever it is they're mad about in the first place.
