it's helped him along quite a bit, in many different areas. the environment has molded him into an actor, who understands, and with the exception of recently, exercises professionalism, humility, a desire to learn, gratefulness, and the appreciation of the fanbase, the importance of respecting the people who will be seeing his films. he's been able to cultivate and form an acting style, to ask accomplished and talented mentors what works and what doesn't, get advice from people he admires. he's a bit of a mess, but i think compared to the child stars in the us, the people of hp have created an environment of caring people, of resources, that have given a sincere place, sort of a sanctuary, among the people he grew up with, which has kept him accountable and held responsible in a lot of different ways. i'm rambling, i'm sorry! i'm not even sure if that answered you question :(
