History: Claudia's past is a tragic one with he parents being killed in an accident when she was a teenager.
Powers: Claudia is a mutant telekenetic of moderate strength, capable of lifting about 100 pounds, but with a high degree of control and accuracy. She has trained herself to be a highly skilled assassin with her powers and her preferred method of killing is to stop her victims hearts with her powers.
