Liam/Sadie
Sadie Fawcett's eyebrows rose high at the pink carnation that was being presented to her, centimeters from her nose. Her eyes traveled up the arm holding the flower, over the sleeves of the white uniform shirt, over the shoulders of the vest, and finally up the neck to Liam MacDougal's sly grinning face.
"And what's this?" she asked, crossing her arms over her chest. No, she wasn't going to buy it.
"It's a carnation, Fawcett," Liam responded, straightening up and still holding the flower out at arm's length. "It's a flower."
"Ooh, I never would have guessed," she murmured, but her eyes remained locked on Liam's. What was he up to? "What's it for?"
"For...you?"
No, see---Liam hated her, this wouldn't do at all, "No, no I don't think that's right."
Now his eyebrows were high, and with a final sigh he thrust the flower into her hands and stalked off down the corridor. Sadie watched after him curiously, then looked down at the carnation. She twirled it between her fingers and brought it to her nose. Hm.
