Terry + Fawcetts
It had been determined a long time ago, that Terry Boot was never going to get out of the Fawcett's grasps. He didn't mind it much because he was older than all of them besides Sadie, and was actually best friends with Stephen, but sometimes they proved to be a bit frustrating. It didn't help that his sister was just as over dramatic, and stormed off in a great huff whenever she grew tired of arguing. Today, however, it wasn't an argument that had him mad; it was having to work as a team that was going to be the death of him.

"YOU GUYS!" Terry shouted, shutting up the crowd. "If we want to beat the Weasleys, you're going to have to play as a team!"

"And if you lot don't shut up and listen to Terry, I'm going to lock you in the attic!" Sadie Fawcett added. Terry's eyes rolled to the sky as the younger kids began to exclaim and shout about this threat. He turned to Sadie, his eyes saying really, now? She simply smirked and crossed her arms. In a few seconds the brood did quiet down, and Sadie put her hand out for Terry to continue. She stood beside him, sending glares when the littler ones started to twitch out of place.

He didn't know why she was making him be the captain, anyway. She was a year older than him! And related to the rest of the team! What did Terry have that could actually control the pack?

"Right, well...look, I've seen all of your guys play, and...you're really, really good." Terry shrugged and spun his broom in his hand around, "The Weasleys have experience, but we've got home field advantage."

"What's that mean?" Callum squeaked. He was bonked on the head by Brian, which caused Dinah to pinch her brother, and then Catriona laughed. Loudly. Terry grabbed onto the back of Sadie's shirt to keep her from charging at her siblings, and he put a hand out. Stephen tugged Callum away from his brother from his spot on the ground.

"That means, that the Weasleys don't know our pitch," Terry had become quite accostomed to playing in the sprawling backyard of the Fawcetts' home in Ottery St. Catchpole, "They don't know that one of the hoops is shorter than the other, or that we're on a hill so that means you've got to change the angle of your quaffle throw, or that the sun sets at----"

"Okay, we get it, Ravenclaw," Brian said, standing up and wiping his jeans. "Let's go kick some Weasley ass!"

A loud roar of excitement burst from the group, and Terry rolled his eyes as they charged toward the pitch, the group of Weasleys now appearing over the top of the hill.

"Next time I'll just punch someone in the face, and then curse," Terry said. Stephen laughed and patted his friend's shoulder.

"They're quite easy to please, that way!"
