"Anthony!" Mackenzie rushed, pulling Peter up from the ground once she reached the top of the stairs. Shouts were coming from outside, as well as the very distinct noise of bangs were rattling the first floor of the house. She dragged Peter along with her as she ran down the hall, shouting her children's names as she went. Her voice was coming out surprisingly strong despite how severe her body was shaking.

After throwing the door to her two oldest sons' room open, Mackenzie turned to her youngest. "Do not move!" she whirled to a very pale Peter, finally unclamping her tight grip on his arm to bolt to her other sons.

"Anthony!" she spoke loudly, ready to shake her him awake. But much to her surprise, he had already gotten out of bed. On the other side of the room, Elijah also began to get up, but at a much slower pace than his brother.

"Mam!" Anthony spoke, his wand already in hand. "What's going on? Where's---" This image of her son seemingly very aware of what was going on should have snapped her focus and reduced her to tears, but Mackenzie was too focused to let anything distract her now. They had come, they were coming for them--- for Sebastian, for her children because they carried his name. There was only so much time---

She quickly cut him off; the banging was getting louder. "We have to leave. Your sister--" But before she had finished, Anthony had already understood. With a swift nod, he sprinted out of the room and through Mackenzie's grasp. No, no! He didn't--- this was happening too fast--- how had he--

"The Corner's! The Corner's!" she screamed repeatedly. "Anthony!" Mackenzie could hear him yelling Ophelia's name as he went further down the hallway, and finally the door slamming open. If they could just---

They had broken in the house.

"Peter!" Mackenzie yelled, now turning back in assumption to see her youngest still hovering in the doorway. But he had vanished. Instead, she could see different colored lights from downstairs faintly filling in the dark hallway. "PETER!" she gave a loud, gutted cry. A jolt of extreme panic coursed through her and she began to scream at the top of her lungs.

"PETER! PETER! ELIJAH WHERE IS--" she turned to her final son, and was immediately stunned by how white his face had turned. Elijah... he knew what this meant. Mackenzie's mouth gapped open, feeling even more terrified than she already had. What could they do with him? Any papers they had concerning his birth status would no doubt get destroyed within the hour, along with the rest of their house...

The sound of impending footsteps snapped Mackenzie out of her thoughts and she instinctively stuck her wand out in an offensive manner. Pressing her free hand against Elijah's chest, she wordlessly pushed him behind her-- an act that was met with protest.

"Mam!" Peter squeaked and Elijah cried out. The former had finally reappeared dead in his tracks in the doorway, while the later pushed to stand in front. Held high in Peter's hand was--- his new wand, which was nearly knocked out of his hands as Elijah slammed the door shut with a flick of his own wand.

They were coming up the stairs.

"I heard--- I saw Anthony and 'helia leave-- I just--- wanted to--" Peter started, but was finally cut off with Mackenzie's tight side-apparating grasp.
