Lee does not have the scar, no. It helps to make him less-recognisable, but that only goes so far when you happen to look exactly like your father.

And yes, Ichiro is quite good, and has got much better under Jeong-Jeong's tutelage.

As for Lee's firebending, well, that will be taken care of. Remember, he has never been good at getting the message without a mallet to pound it through that thick skull.
