Times of Today:
I woke up this morning, or afternoon, rather...to find that as opposed to oversleeping, I woke up two moments before my set alarm clock time. Waking up and feeling great was quite good. A nice shower and full set of grooming was followed by a nice looking executive style outfit perfect for job hunting. My Interview at McDonald's couldn't of went much better I'd say, and now I'm waiting for the fateful call telling me I've finally obtained a job down here in Florida. Considering I'm sorta good friends now with one of the best employees (whom also happens to be dating the soon to be manager of this particular McDonald's) I think I might stand a pretty good chance. Which would be good considering a job means money, and money means a chance for schooling, which means a better job, and a better life. Which in itself is very worthwhile. Aside from the boring factors of Real Life, I've finally found a new opponent in the world of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl. ![[info]](https://www.scribbld.com/img/userinfo.gif)
jolteon proved to be a powerful opponent and a rather kind person. Though I managed to win two battles in a row, I found that the Absol in her party had been one of the stronger Pokemon I've came up against in a long time. After the battles, we made a trade, a "Jolteon" oddly enough, for my Pikachu. One thing I am considering now is breeding my own Absol. After seeing that strong one, it reminded me of my own past Absol I've trained. Still, alongside it I have a Jolteon now to train. As for my main party, I need the TM for Ice Beam in order to make my Omastar complete. Sadly though, unless I want to spend my poke' coupons in Battle Revolution, I need to either dish out lots of cash at the Veilstone City's Game Corner, or play the slots there quite often. I think I might go with Battle Revolution as it is a little faster. As for the Jolteon I'm training, tonight it gets 252 EV's in Speed, and maybe some into it's Special Attack. I'm not sure how much I'll play after this post so, most likely tomorrow will finish it's EV training. As for a move set, I've yet to decide. One thing I might try for the Absol I'm considering, is breeding it to know the move "Magic Coat". "Night Slash" worked good for the one I faced today, and it seems like a nice choice all around. Outside that, I've no idea yet. Little else of importance has happened today and I suppose my first session of "Times of Today" comes to an end.
