Sin had worked his fingers to the bone playing the piano at Papa Gumbo's, and all he wanted was a beer and to relax. It didn't seem that there was much rest for the wicked, however. Harmony had been working hard in her own endeavors, and being the good boyfriend that he was, he wanted to surprise her.
So, he went and picked up dinner from the local high end grocery, and then had hurried home to get it all hot. He had grabbed a lasagna and all the trimmings, and had it in the oven with bread sticks by the time expected her to be over. He was nervous, though he wasn't sure why. Maybe it was the shiny present in his pocket.
