Michael Valincourt - Age 16 Since the loss of his mother during the nuclear attack, and then the loss of his brother and sister, Mikey isn't exactly doing very well. Surviving isn't exactly on his agenda, and if it wasn't for his father and uncle, he'd probably definitely given up a long time ago on life. He has no idea where his brother and sister are, nor even if they are alive or not. |
Murielle Valincourt - Age 16 When Murielle got seperated from one of her brothers, her father, and uncle things went from bad to worse. Those who nabbed her and her older brother (by a mere five minutes) weren't the most savory of types, and girls and pretty boys are definitely on most mens wanted list. Luckily, when they met Ashley and his brother, he managed to get the two away from the men and now the two kids are with his camp. |
Whitney Valincourt - Age 31 - furniture craftsman Whitney was a successful and very wealthy furniture maker before the nuclear fallout from the third world war. While he can be a very resourceful asset and help build a lot of things, he is not particularly easy to get along with. He wasn't very trusting before, and now he's only gotten worse about it. |
Kalen Deveroux - Age 25 - store clerk Kalen has always had sticky fingers. While that had definitely gotten him in trouble before, it's definitely an asset to those in his camp group now. He's the go to guy, and he can usually find a way to get most things that are needed. |
Jack Weston - Age 19 - college student Jack is quiet. He's always been quiet, except for when he's telling a story. He's a writer, a story teller. He keeps the camp entertained with his stories and scavenges for books as well as writing utensils, paper, etc. He'd do anything to protect those in his camp from outsiders. It takes a lot to earn Jack's trust. |
Marin Novack - Age 23 - musician While Marin looks quite serious, he's actually more carefree than most would think. A musician, his most prized possession is his guitar and his voice. He's another who helps keep camp moral up. He is a little too trusting at times, and that has definitely gotten him into some trouble. |
Jolie Lacorte - Age 24 - gardener Jolie probably doesn't like you. Jolie doesn't like anybody, really. He helps out but keeps to himself. The only reason why he's a part of the camp is because there is strength in numbers and he knows it. Anyone who tries to talk to him, well, goodluck. |
Addison Bellmonte - Age 33 - chef Addison was a chef. He still is a chef... He's just had to be much more inventive. He makes due with what he can in the camp, with what they've managed to plant and grow, and with the things others bring back from when they go out for supplies, and he actually does pretty damn well. |
Grayson - Age 5 Grayson is a very bright and resilliant little boy. Naturally, he is closest to his mother, and he is strangely protective of her. Or at least he tries to be. He is always full of questions and just about everyone in the camp adores him, except for maybe Jolie. |
Mac Quinn - Age 45 - pilot Mac is older, so he's wiser, right? Kind of. He's very smart, he was a history professor. He's one of the planners at the camp along side Ashley and his brother. But he does know how to let loose and have some fun, and he isn't serious all of the time. |
Ashley Lockland - Age 32 - mechanic Ashley and his brother are the ones who started the camp. They made a safe place for people to come and live as a community, and they make sure to keep it safe. Ashley is far, far too serious, though and really doesn't know how to relax. He feels responsible for everyone that comes into the camp, and he doesn't get much sleep at all worrying over them all. |
Cadence Walker - Age 16 Cadence had one hell of a childhood before shit with the world went downhill. But he had his father, and his father was amazing, and his bestfriend. Losing him in the mess of the nuclear war left the kid lost, and when he was found by the men who'd kidnapped Murielle and Malachi - before they'd been nabbed, he'd been through a lot by the time the other two came along. Being saved and taken to the camp seemed to come too late for him. He doesn't speak. At all. To anyone. The only person he actively communicates with is Malachi. |
Court Arva - Age 17 Court Arva was one of those brainy types that always seemed to get picked on in school by the bullies or the jocks. A straight A student two years ahead, he'd actually graduated school early at age sixteen and was on his way to college. This kid is a whiz with all things technical. He can hack into computer systems like nobody's business and he can take apart a stereo and put it back together like he's playing a video game. He always depended on his big brother when it came to getting knocked around, and now he depends on Smith even more to survive. He's had a few unsavory types try to come at him for sexual favors, and if it wasn't for Smith, he'd probably have ended up in the hands of those who have Murielle and Malachi. |
Harlow Lundy - Age 26 - clothing designer From the moment Harlow as born, he was obviously different from his three older brothers and his twin, Grable. The Lundy family was huge and bustling, and Harlow wasn't the last to come along, he was just... The odd one. He's mellow and sweet, and from the time he was nine he was helping his mothew sew the family's clothes since they couldn't afford much. By the time he was 15 he came out of the closet, and shockingly his family supported him when he'd expected to be treated as an outcast, though he always knew Grable would always be there for him no matter what. He moved to New York when he was 18 and worked hard, and by the time he was 23 he'd made a pretty big name for himself in the fashion world. Now he's returned to his roots of not having much, but he doesn't mind because at least he has the most important person in the world with him - Grable.. |
Weston Landry - Age 24 - Psych College Student With Grace as an older sister, it was always easy for Weston to make the best out of any situation and to not give up so easily. Born blind, he grew up not knowing that he really had a handicap until he started to get old enough to understand that he was different. Instead of letting it run his life, he plunged forward and was usually extremely successful in any endeavor he set his mind to. Very bright, he got excellent grades and graduated at the top of his class with honors. Always wanting to help people, Weston decided to go to school majoring in psychology. Just a week before the blast he got a cornea transplant surgery and everything in his world was about to change. He just hadn't a clue as to how much. |
