You're intelligent in two senses—you have the mental/intellectual brain power, but you have a high "EQ" to match. You have a deep understanding of people and how they relate with one another, and this makes you both a great adviser and mediator.
You are understanding, and (AFAIK) you've never made people feel like they're outsiders, or strange, or unwanted, or disrespected. This makes you a gem of a person.
