I don't think I've ever had a busier holiday. Aside from working all the time and not seeing my father, I haven't done anything except go to a Christmas party or two. Two weeks into January, and I'm just now catching a break.

If I ever decide again that it's a good idea to take holiday time because it pays more, someone needs to shoot me directly in the head. Please and thankyou.

  I am sorry you did not get to see your father. Perhaps now that you are not busy you will be able to see him! It is not the holidays anymore but he would understand since you had to work.
