Blueberries and red velvet. It was a very good day, until I got asked for an emergency, last minute trip back to Thailand. But the morning was fantastic.

Turns out someone tripped some wards and ended up getting half the excavation group caught in the ruins for most of the day. Bit of a frenzy and some worry that they weren't going to, but everything's fine now. They're all getting checked out by healers and I think I should be back to London tomorrow or Friday, as long as everyone's cleared for work again.

I hope the rest of your day went well. Happy birthday again. Anything exciting happen?

Thank you so much for everything, it's been the best birthday in a long time.

Rose and Kendall also kidnapped me and we are now in Greece. It was a surprise!

Oh! That certainly sounds exciting. Bigger than cupcakes for sure What have you done in Greece so far? I spent a few months in Athens a few years ago, it was really pretty from what I remember.

It is! We haven't done much yet, there's a restaurant on the roof of the hotel here that we're supposed to go to but---I will bring you something lovely.

For telling you to have fun with your friends in Greece while I'm unwinding with a bubble bath after a hellish long day of work in Thailand?

I'm entirely serious about those photos, though! Especially if you go to the sanctuary of Athena. I never had a chance to go there while I was over there.
