Thank god I don't have to use slimming charms anymore--I was getting tired of feeling all squished and uncomfortable

Well. I guess I should just be out with it, then. I'm pregnant and I'm due towards the end of June. Please, don't act so shocked.

I know I can trust you to be quiet about the issue, and you have to realize that we're both still coming to terms with all this and I don't know if he'll ever be ready to publicly admit that--

Anyways. I'm looking for names that will sound nice with Corner. Though, if his sister is any indication as to how he feels and how his family feels, it could very well end up needing to go with MacDonald

He is very gorgeous. I have no doubt that my son will be a heart breaker from the moment he makes his debut, especially if he takes after Gabriel. You might want to prepare Katie for it!

Which, I still need name ideas. We've been tossing a few things around, but I'm not sure.

Don't remind me of how scandalous this is, please

Oh--no, I am. It's just that. I can tell something is wrong but he won't tell me and we've went from things being relatively normal and good to just...he's not around, he goes to my appointments and then nothing. And I don't want to press him about things but I just--I can't, Mackenzie.

I hate feeling like something's wrong and I hate having to feel so detached from--from him and everything. We haven't named the baby yet, and it's basically to the point where now you can feel the baby through my stomach and he's not here and--and--I wish things weren't so bloody complicated.

You know, don't you?

Well. I'm afraid that I cannot apologize for everything that I have done, especially those things I'm not actually sorry about but I still extend my apology nonetheless if I have wronged you.

[Rebecca] And, if I may be so bold as to assume that you've been informed of things, I feel you must know that I have not asked anything of Gabriel. I told him from the beginning that I could handle the...issue...on my own and that I would understand if he wanted nothing to do with the situation.

Given your--rather passionate comments in my journal I feel as if you need to know this before you continue to assume things, whether they are true or not. [/Rebecca]

Be so bold? Don't speak to me in---so very serious and polite a tone you're a filthy mudblood as if you know anything about---He went to your farm so I can only imagine-, I'm not a moron. I want absolutely nothing to do with you and this supposed issue. All I want is my brother to stay as far away from you as humanely possible, that's it.

Then perhaps you should take up your issues with your brother, considering he's clearly the one making decisions for himself.

And if I considered you to be a moron, I can assure you I would not have used such a serious and polite tone with you. On the contrary, I doubt I would even bother holding this conversation with you.

Bloody fucking hell--this is

What exactly is the point in you constantly responding back without actually making a valid point for your case?

Oh, yes. You've caught me. When you drink water from the tap at a muggleborn's house, you instantly become delusional. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm not sure what you actually want me to say since I've tried multiple times to tell you talk with your brother about this--why am I even bothering trying to talk to you when clearly no answer is going to be good enough

I'm sorry you feel that being a responsible parent and adult is delusional that way.

Of course not. Of course I'm incapable of feelings or empathy. Is that what you've been brainwashed to believe, that muggleborns--oh, no that's not the proper term I'm sure--are these "wretched" creatures that are out to ruin your very existence?

I'm obviously never going to be able to say anything to change your mind. But if you really loved your brother and cared so much about his well-being, you would take up any issues you have with him instead of bitching at me. Because I frankly don't know what has been happening with him for the past month or so.

He--what?! I'm not stupid I--I had no idea that--he never said a bloody thing. He hasn't--he hasn't even been around. It makes sense now-- How long ago--when did this happen?

I would never--never--make him choose between his family and his son, you have to understand that Rebecca. I don't think that I would even be able to make that choice if you were to press me. Ohhhhh my God

And what says that you're not allowed to see your brother? How on earth will your parents ever find out if you meet him for lunch at Hogsmeade or if you go to visit him once you finish up school and have a place of your own? I know that I don't know you well, but you come off as a very independent and strong young woman...and I don't doubt that you would be a force to be reckoned with no matter how you decided to act.

I'm sorry. Truly, I am. That's not fair to either of you, that your parents demand that you can't even talk to him. But--surely they wouldn't be able to know if you hid things well enough, would they? It's not as if they can break wards on journals or--or storm into someone else's home to see if you're seeing your brother or an old friend or--you could use a polyjuice potion or--there's so many ways you could make things work out. Thank God my parents are so much more understanding than--

The night that he was over--he must have-- I--I think I need to talk with your brother. I can't let him just. I can manage without him, I can support the baby on my own, I don't need him--He can't even be there for your wedding and and--if we ever settled down then none of--oh God He should not be throwing away his familial ties because of-- I understand that he wants to support his son but.
