As much as I like being back, I'm already sick for home. Not that I don't love it here, don't get me wrong, I think I just prefer the quiet of being at home as opposed to corridors crowded with people everywhere. But at least we did get back safely and I brought my new cat who I have still yet to name! Currently, she's just being called "kitty" because I can't think of anything more original or suitable. She would have been called snowball if she had been white, but I didn't luck out in that department. Maybe there are naming books in the Library for animals - or is that just bordering on ridiculousness and desperation?

Classes start tomorrow and I'm going to miss sleeping in for several days in a row. This is un-Ravenclaw of me, but can't classes begin on Tuesday instead of a Monday?

I know how you feel, Orla. I tend to miss once place when I leave it suddenly. But I hope you had a good holiday, anyway!

Trevor is yours and you're right, I don't think it works for my cat, unless certain parts decide to show themselves soon since she's still a kitten.

I hate it too, but I just didn't know how else to phrase that, especially since we're supposed to always have a book up to our noses or are always doing homework according to the house stereotypes.

I love the freedom of home, too. I already miss it there, but then again, I'm from the city - I love the rush of it.

Hmm. Perhaps Allegra? Or I am fond of Bridget, she's my patron saint, I named my old pet turtle that. Until I took her with on a vacation to the shore and she crawled away. I wasn't exactly a bright four year old.

I'm not overly fond of the city. I like my quiet little area and just love it here.

Allegra's pretty, as is Alle, though perhaps with a different spelling. Your turtle just wanted to have a swim and likely got carried away in the current, the poor thing.
