It is going to happen every time she comes near you, or well, now that your eyes have been opened, every time an attractive female (or male, I'm not gonna--) comes near you. It is natural and it is all right, and there are ways to hide it and deal with it that are much better than running away.
1) Masturbation. Do not listen to Mycroft when he says its gross, it's not, it's natural, he's just unique.
2) Snogging. If this girl is your girlfriend (you need to tell me her name so that this could be discussed easier) than you should get on that. And okay, you don't have to be shagging yet but it gives you something to focus on and makes number one easier to do.
3) Thinking of un-sexy things. Like McGonagall in her knickers. Sprout doing a pole dance. Slughorn.
4) Not running away.
5) Excusing yourself to the bathroom to adjust yourself. Over time you'll be able to do this discreetly enough not to have to leave the room.
