Its been something he's been tempted to try with her a few times, to take her completely in every way, but so far, has let things build to this point, moving slow enough to be sure. And even then, he wanted to give her the option to back out honestly - but at the encouragement, he relaxes, letting friction build a little more, while still easing passage as he begins to pump his hips, working on slowly stretching her out around him.
