Personality, Likes & Dislikes: Just like the Japanese cliche of the typical gentle soul that likes to sit down and meditate daily, smoke some kind of pipe and give great words of Confucius since the morons are always confused and assume every Japanese person is really Chinese, however that aside, Senju fits to that outlook that people have. He doesn't smoke a pipe although he does love to have the smoothing mind numbing relaxation hit of a cigarette from time to time but he is a calm, cool headed man that likes to stay one step ahead and plot for anything that comes his way. He is a gentle soul that you would think in his position of management, would get him walked over and treated like dirt by the headstrong employees under his control. Not exactly.

Senju can either be your best friend or he can be your worst enemy. If you treat him well then he will treat you the same in return. Do onto others are you want done onto you. If you are wanting advice about anything ranging from where is the vending machines to is that supposed to be red? then he will genuinely help you out the best that he can. If you want to sit down and talk he will. He will coach you if he thinks you are having a problem coping in the place because while he has not actively been involved in participating in what makes his company successful, he has seen many people going through that could not take the pressure. A little insider tip or two if you want to stay around and bring in the real money.

And don't be afraid to call him by his surname. Most people have problems pronouncing his first name so he doesn't mind and he is Japanese after all. He is used to it.

During the quiet times that he rarely gets to himself, Senju gets the most spiritual relaxation and fulfillment by tending to bonsai trees that he had so delicately cultivated and tended to since the younger days of his life. Trees always fascinated him, he loved to climb them, sleep up against them and as time moved on and he went off to university you could not just randomly climb a tree any more without looking like a fool. So what better than to take the next step. His first bonsai tree came to him to school with the most peculiar looks, typical Asian MrMiyagi stereotype there which coped him a lot of flack, even when he took up Gardening Club it got him labeled as a sissy pansy gay boy... there was no honor in fighting over something so trivial. Until they broke into his dorm room and smashed it by giving it a nice parting present outside of a window. Senju was livid. Do or say what against him but do not hurt the bonsai trees. They take so much time to cultivate and one little impact can disrupt a generation of work. Needless to say this he did not take quietly to and the culprits knew never to touch his beloved trees again.

Sometimes if you are out late at night at the offices when all is peaceful and quiet, if you hide yourself well, you can sometimes see Senju off in the distance watering the garden. He should make a mental note to fire that gardener for doing such a terrible job.

Besides the defiling and mistreatment of trees, the only real dislike he has in his lovely place is Madara. This was not fueled by their meeting oh not at all. This has developed over years of headbutting with him over how everything is ran to personal bickering. It is not exactly a dislike, it's just a love/hate oh-why-won't-you-just-stick-to-your-side-of-the-place relationship where at times he can respect the man for the choices and decisions that he makes when it comes to running a company of this scale but most of the time, he just one of those annoying boogers in your nose that you can not dig in far enough to pick and flick away. He is the annoying overgrown child that won't grow up so you want to bitch slap him around some and then some more just so he will wise the fuck up and act his age. He is the piece of meat that looks so good but when you taste it, it is so vile that you want to spit it back out onto the plate but your mother still forces you to re-eat it.

Actually, he is probably the closest friend he has, he would stick by him and prove loyal to him no matter how many times he threatens to leave and that is just sad.
