Hashirama Senju [Part 6]
Sample Post:
First Person
I am sorry that had to come to this point as by the law you are all legally adults and I lived with the hope that you all could act like one but it has come to my attention that many of you are keeping your cell phones on during business times. Some of you do have situation such as children or ill family members that I understand but I would like to remind you that we have a office telephone number that they can contact if something does go wrong.
The point I am trying to make is that there has been an alarmingly increasing amount of telephone calls while working and by working I mean working.
It is bad for business when you pick up the call midway through putting on a fake moan to answer a call from your boyfriend/mother/friend/telemarketer. It makes the customers feel unwanted. Yes you might not want to stare at that grotesque disfigured face or have the swinging fat slapping you in the face however, this is the job that you chose and we want to make everyone feel welcome no matter how much body hair they have.
So from now on, phones on silent or direct them through the main switchboard.
Also, there is pizza in the staff room. Feel free to take a piece whenever you have a moment to spare.
Third Person
Needless to say that when you work in a company that is open 24/7 356 days a year that there is not much time to get a quiet moment to yourself. There was always someone popping in half naked into the room which he would have to pass them a towel to cover up so they could sob their tears or voice their frustration on the bad customer they had just finished up with and needed to vent. He wouldn't say that he sympathized with them really but more empathized. It could be a rough job to go through but it wasn't something he would do. You had choices in life where your journey was yours to pick and... oh wait, he wasn't exactly in this job by choice either. That besides the point, he was there to give a friendly shoulder to cry on and then scoot them back out for some coffee and the next slob that was waiting for them.
Days were exhausting to say the least, night time was just as bad. A break was needed from all the chaos to relax and unwind before heading home thanks to one little incident involving a stapler, a forehead and now, overtime for the month without pay. This was the time when the simple things were needed to cool down, unwind, get back to a one zen state with yourself and your surroundings. Not these surroundings but just think of nature, the babbling brooks and all of that junk.
The door was locked giving him complete privacy, the iPod turned on and inserted into the docking station that played the soothing sounds of the traditional music from home, Enka, he was a sucker for. Everything could be perfectly tuned out with it all, taking a couple of deep breaths in and out, spreading his arms out to the side and then back in again to work theblood flow through his body. It was now complete. He could begin.
Out from the locked door cabinet he pulled out a tiny little bush and placed it down on the table, ceremoniously taking out his pruning clippers and placing it down on the table, laying down his gloves on the opposite side. There was nothing as relaxing as taking the time to carefully prune and sculpt a masterpiece out of a tree that took nearly half a centuries to grown. One little mistake would ruin the shape, the effect you are trying to achieve and all that money is wasted not tomention the satisfaction. You would think that it would cause more stress than anything else but no, it was far from than to Senju.
Gloves on, trimmer in hand, everything was complete. A snip here, a brush there, a stand back looking at the creation. It was only a starter in the process instead of a long drawn out project close to complete. This one was one to be worked and moulded in the way he saw inspiration, praised a few times in competitions for his showmanship. Yes, he entered bonsai treecompetitions. That was manly. Really.
