However, despite his antics, Suigetsu can be frightfully clever and insightful. He tends to keep these traits subdued, if only because it’s far more interesting to pretend to be a bit of an idiot then turn around and intellectually school someone. He’s smart in the way that people with ADD are smart. He knows a wide variety of miscellaneous things, often obsesses over a topic until he’s very knowledgeable on the subject, and has the ability to read and figure out people pretty well. It’s just that he finds few things of truly interesting, often loses focus on boring things, and has a hard time motivating himself to learn things he deems useless. Why should he know how much surface area a cat has? Seriously. They’re cute, he knows, but what’s the point? However, once he decides he is interested in something, or has a goal in mind, nothing will stop him from reaching that goal. For the most part, Suigetsu is also rather friendly. He has no problems talking with random strangers on the street, provided they’re not dull wastes of space. He likes people who have something to say, have something to do, or are going places. And the people who don’t, well… He can be polite until they leave or he does. He also is a bit of a jokester, though his sense of humor is a bit warped and often crosses many boundaries. The people he deems friends are usually the victims of such jokes, and there has been more than one incident involving nudity and standing outside of someone’s house, yelling the lyrics to show tunes at midnight. He is also himself and nothing else, so you can take him or leave him. He doesn’t care either way. The people who want to stick around, cool, you’ve made your choice. The people who can’t stand him? Good riddance, no skin off his nose. Despite his antics Suigetsu is usually pretty composed, and it takes a lot to rip that from him. He’s pretty tolerant and open minded about a lot of viewpoints and opinions since he’s seen or heard most of them since he’s moved around so much, so he’s learned to go with the flow. If he’s been proven wrong, he can admit it freely. There are few things in life worth getting really mad over, so Suigetsu tends to let things go pretty easily. Usually. He is also fiercely independent. He knows when to give in and ask for help if need be, but that time hardly happens because he’s pretty self sufficient. He knows how to get what he wants and needs and doesn’t need anyone to be his personal cheerleader or to do him any big favors. He can do everything pretty fine on his own, thanks.

Likes: Water, swimming, fights, flirting, being snarky, yogurt, seafood, comedies, being lazy, rainy days, freebies, purple, card games, animals, zombie video games, girls in short skirts, nudity, and those trashy TV shows, especially ones with judges.

Dislikes: Being bored, peaches, goody two shoes, people who are all talk, chess, country music, enclosed spaces, clingy people, the hospital, cheap beer, people who act like big words make up for small genitals, tea, cock teases, lightening, talking about his feelings, action movies with little plot, poetry, and the color yellow.
