Congratulations to my brother Dominic and his wife Emily, who are expecting another little one in late January/early February! Found out when I picked up Linabug for our highly anticipated monthly ice cream date. This of course, was shortly followed by an impromptu trip to a park to celebrate a little more. And it was nice to have Tony and Cho Chang with us this month. Even though there's a slight age gap, I'm hoping they'll be able to go to Hogwarts with some friends already made.

Lina was very adamant about letting me know that she wants a baby sister this time around, however. Not that she doesn't love her brothers (she was also very adamant about letting me know that), but she "is tired of smelly boys" and wants "a sister that I can dress up and boss around."

When she puts it THAT way...

I never had a sister, but I used to dress my younger brother up all the time - this is before he knew better, of course. He looked quite dashing in a tiara.

I'm the baby of the family, unfortunately. Three older brothers. Then again, they're a big reason why I started playing Quidditch, so I'm not sure I should say it's unfortunate.

I'm 4 years older than my one sibling, the aforementioned younger brother. I never even knew what Quidditch was until I went to Hogwarts.

It's always interesting to hear how everyone got started. Someone should write a book with all that.
