This is basically just like wishwell from GreatestJournal.



1. Submit whatever you want to say to whatever user you want to say it to on the correct post.
2. I'll deliver whatever it is you posted to the user you selected, and leave it on their friend's only/spam post. (I won't reveal who you are unless you ask me to.)
3. I'll then post a link back to where I left the compliment.
