The NPCs listed here are not typically used for play. These were mentioned in passing during the course of the game, or figured into back plot in some way (with the exception of Juno, and Gwen Morrow).

NPCs from A-Z
Board of Governors: the Board of Governors for Salem Academy. They are an unnamed body of school policy. As they are unspecific they may be used as a mass, but their decisions must be passed through the moderator before it can be posted. Made in Game. Usable with mod approval.
Carson: deceased prophet, mentioned briefly. He was Gabriel's best friend. He was a very crotchety old man who loved travel and a good cup of tea. No PB Made by Carol. Not for use by anyone else.
Gabriel Headwind: an old-school scholar before organized schooling, he took on apprentices privately. He only took the brightest and best and educated them well. He had many connections with surprising people (such as Ganymede, Jones (with Dy's permission), and Kenichi Abe). He is deceased. PB: Sting Made by Carol. Not for use by anyone else.
Gibous: deceased prophet, mentioned briefly. He was one of the younger prophets named. His visions were hard to decipher, even for him, as he didn't have the time to develop his Fortuna magic before he was named. He was twisted easily by the Morrow family and used as a pawn for years before his untimely death. He also had a hand in a plot involving the Morrow family and Hamlin (in an effort to harm Hamlin and prevent him from changing the future of Aylasia). You'll learn more about him and his awful doings in future plot. No PB Made by Carol. Not for use by anyone else.
Gillian Ward: deceased faerie prophet. She was the first and only faerie prophet; her visions typically concerned only the fae. PB: Gillian Anderson, as weird as that is. Made by Carol. Not for use by anyone else.
Gwendolyn "Gwen" Morrow: Gideon's sister. Garage's mother. She is a practioner of Fortuna magic and she has the ability of verdad ocultada (hiding visions in order to protect someone). PB: Lucy Lawless Made by Carol. Not for use by anyone else.
Kenichi Abe: the first king of New Meridian, 300 years ago. Was a freedom fighter for the seat of power at New Meridian before it was turned into Parliament and he was elected king. He was Hamlin Graves real father. He was also a Daemon and once possessed the book of Daemonica. He is deceased. His element was lightening. He had a great gray wolf for a familiar named Nezumiiro; Miiro for short. PB: Ken Watanabe Made by Carol. Not for use by anyone else.
Juno: Titus' 3 year old daughter. No PB Made by Becky. Not for use by anyone else.
Lilith: Draven's mother. She is deceased. She was bitten and killed by a vampire while giving birth to her son to whom she passed the "undead sickness." PB: Kristen Bell Made by Joey. Not for use by anyone else.
Robert: former king of New Meridian. He was the lover of Sasha Pertiogarv. He may be the father of Iokannan DeVries (this was never very clear to me). No Pb Made by Liz. Not for use by anyone else.
Virginia Soothe: a long deceased prophet. She helped Hamlin in his childhood. No Pb Made by Carol. Not for use by anyone else.
