	You know I can't just up and do that. I mean I'm just department head, you have to go to Mark, and then there's all the paper work, and what about Naija? You can't leave her alone, you're the best at what you do. Besides you'd have to do residency for spell damage. You know its not that easy, ~~babe~~ You'd have to go through the residency to start a new specialty. (Reply to this)(Thread)

You are not quitting because spending all your time with your only son constantly reminding you that he won't have a sibling is not much better than working with random people babies. In fact its worse. I understand where you're coming from, I do.

But I also can't have you working under me again. It didn't work well before and it sure as hell won't go better this time around. I can't support a rash decision either. But if this is what you really want, then you need to pick another specialty.
