[The only sound of warning is the sudden snap of a twig under an uncertain (wary) boot. Just that, and the boy pauses, holding himself tense but with hands down at his sides. Ready, a set quality to his expression over the inner hesitancy, but calm more than anything. Still no Exorcist uniform, just a long black coat that might as well be.
