She frowned at him in the no-nonsense way, squashing the many milkshake plan right there. "No yammying with special effects because you had too much ice cream." Holding out for a moment or two, she compromised. "A medium toffee milkshake. And a small cookie dough milkshake as well," she added, head turning to include the guy behind the counter and raising two fingers.
