Donnie jumps-kicks another criminal down, and turns to see that there's another man headed toward him on the docks.
He's not sure what's going on, but he sees someone running and a bike headed after him. Donnie draws a wing-ding, his last one, and tosses it at the running man, smacking him in the head and causing him to fall so that the person on the bike can catch him.
He also kicks another man in the face who was trying to get up.
