"I had to learn on my own. It never got really dangerous for my family. But I did kill major appliances on occasion as a teenager. That's about when I manifested anyways. I got mad because of some.... Well. You know how it is." People discriminate and of course someone gets upset. And her temper at that age was a guarantee for a shaky start to having a gift like hers.
"Well. I was barely a teenager. I've just always had a bit of a temper and it certainly never helped when I was learning control."
