When he answered it almost startled her, as if she weren't really expecting him to pick up for her. She was so startled in fact that she forgot what he had been thinking to say.
"Niisan?" Hinata scolded herself for that. He was probably far to old to put up with her childish name for him anymore. "N-neji I... I hope I'm not bothering you."
She waited, anxious. The little voice in the back of her head telling her she had the wrong number and this person was going to just hang up on her. Or perhaps she had the right one and he was still going to hang up on her.
