Weaknesses: Since she does not ingest blood to digest it, she typically will regurgitate it. Anyone who soaks a silver coin in that blood, wrap it in cloth, and wear the coin as an amulet will be protected from Usha and any shtriga for that matter. The only way to kill a shtriga is to shoot her with an iron bullet or arrowhead that has been blessed by a Shaman.
Quirks: When traveling, especially when she is going to feed off of people's life force, she transforms into a flying insect (usually a dragonfly).
Secrets: That she is a shtriga.

Biography: Born a shtriga, Usha has always been a dark creature by nature. As a witch that preys upon (namely but not limited to) children by drinking their blood at night, she leads a secretive life as to not get caught and destroyed. By preying on the life force of other people she, in turn, sustains her own life. Only Usha herself can cure those she has drained (by spitting in their mouths), and those who are not cured inevitably sicken and die. With age a shtriga develops unique powers that allows them to read people by the life force and energy given off. It becomes so second nature for older shtrigas, like Usha, it becomes difficult to not read people.

Usha's mother, a nomad deranged from living alone for many years, abandoned Usha at a very young age. Usha was found and placed in the care of an orphanage close to Central City and raised there. When it became clear that she had no typical magical abilities she was never magicially educated and was instead [NOT FINISHED getoverit].

Since not many shtrigas exist it is no surprise that Vaughn scooped her up and made her a member of his court. Happily working for him, her ability to read people has become quite valuable in letting him know who is or isn't after his seat of power.
