Hasta La Vista [24 Jul 2005|08:31am] Some of you geeky kids out there might have heard about Microsoft decision to called Windows Codename "Longhorn", Windows Vista as the final name...which means ‘ctrl-alt-del’ will now be known as : ‘hasta la vista’ Hehe Glenn was working today which was nice, I showed him the cracked Final Fantasy X disc and told him I would never be shopping at GameStop now. Although didn't GameStop by EBGames?! Agghhh!! So I got a new copy of FFX from Glenn and returned my crappy copy...I did pick up Appleseed for PSP...and now I am off to play some FFX and maybe go to barn...yeah, MAYBE! post comment

Area 51 [24 Jul 2005|08:31am] So as posted in the EH blog I got my hands on animage of Area 51 for xBox and it works absolutely fine. Now why in the world was it so easy. Prep to actually get that work was about a total of 45 minutes since I really didn't know what I was doing. But if I was to get another xBox ready to play copied game, it would take probably 10-15 minutes. WHY IS IT SO DARN EASY! I didn't have to soder one darn mod-chip or ANYTHING like that! So yeah I spent like 20 minutes playing Area 51. It's rather hard since I don't have mouse and keyboard. I hate FPS games for consoles. I'm all about haivng a mouse and keyboard for those sorta games. S I just got back on the computer and worked on a couple things. I hit up the U-Mall in hopes of Tonnie working but she wasn't, some other weird kid was...not even Glenn! :( I then hit up the GameStop and got myself a copy of Final Fantasy X. FINALLY. You know how long I have been waiting to buy a pre-played copy of that game!?! Like forever! Haha So when I was out in the parking lot I opened the case to see the game. So I flipped it over and there's this really ugly looking crack right on the edge of the disk. I tried to take a photo but I can't quit do it when the bottom is so darn reflective...so I was going to go back, but I had to meet my parents and I was already 15 minutes late. So I just figured I can return it another day soon, or just borrow Seans copy. Went to some Italian resturant with my parents & granparents last night. It's called like Nekko's or something. Right next to the Majestic movie theatre. It was decent. I got pizza...not all that great compared to the pizza from the place that I can't remember it's name...anyways...after that I came home and re-arragned my room, I'll take some photos when it's complete. I still have a million things all over the place. Hrmm...nothing else really interesting happened...maybe I'll go riding today or something... UPDATE: Godamn, I have to go back up to Burlington to exchange this Final Fantasy X disk...I got like 10 minutes into the game when Tidus and Auron just stopped moving...I know it's gotta be the quality of the media...BLAAAH! I might as well as just buy a new compy from EB...maybe Tonnie will be working today, or at least Glenn haha. Wish Horse Works was still up and running, then I could buy some gear or something...
