PSP Firmware 2.0 [27 Jul 2005|08:29am] After working from 10am - 2pm I came home and worked on setting up a new RSS reading application since Opera was pissing me off. Currently I am using Newz Crawler which has really impressed me so far. It imported my OPML file and I got to pick and choose the feeds from it that I wanted. It also has a built-in blogging client which I am using right now.</p> I watched War of the Worlds finally today. It was ok, really don't know why all the alien robots died in the end other then some crows were kicking the shit out of the robot thing. I also got my hands on the version 2 of the PSP firmware update. I love how it won't install if your battery is not charged and then when it is it still get whiney if you're not plugged into AC power. So finally after I charged the stupid thing I installed the update and checked out the new web browser right away, you can check out some pictures of it I took in action, I was logged into my GMail account: GMail Image #1 | GMail Image #2 | GMail Image #3 Pretty huh?! Also notice how they have no included http:// and .com and other TLDs and www. as things you can enter in as a whole, so you don't have to actually type in "h..t..t..p..:./../" LOL God that would suck, it's like that stuff they have on cell phones! It's very very nice:New KeypadThey have features where you can save images from the web right onto your memory stick too, and also display page information and a couple other things. Also you can change the color of the background on your PSP and even use YOUR OWN IMAGE for the wallpaper! This is really really cool, the Sony PSP just got like 400x cooler!!Nothing going on tonight, I wanted to go see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and get Chinese food, but it looks like that is out, dang. I went back and worked on xServes, finally figured out the fibre channel card and that whole deal so I set myself up with the 2.52TB RAID hehe Played basketball and then Berkey and I went and did our consulting gig. Funny, the lady wasn't even there though, grrr!! I need more money too. So we got some more lunch, and guess who I saw??! KARLI!! Hehe I haven't seen her for like more then a year an a half. It was very nice to see her, I told her to tell Emily that I didn't say hi cause she's a stupid bitch. So then we went back to Small Dog and I continued working on xServes. Ummm...came home, worked on cleaning up my room, haven't got to any FFX which is bad cause I love that game. I talked to Kirsten and Emily today. Kirsten said she finished up the water jump which is nice, I can't wait to see it. Talked to Emily about boring things...oh and when I said the Emily up there is a stupid bitch I meant Emily P...the cool Emily is Emily H. Hehe ok so anyways! I was going to post those pics of my lovely "grey" hair but I am lazy and I don't feel like finding the cord for the camera right now. My room is a mess lol...so I went skating with Greg and Connor tonight. Gregs tatt is healed up nice! Looks lovely! And that's about it for me tonight... post comment
