Prey Demo [24 Jun 2006|09:51am] For a while I’ve know about this new game called Prey. Actually I think I’ve known about this since before Winter. I remember seeing these gruesome drawings of possible in-game characters and a friend of mine felt the same way I did about this game. AWESOME!! If you head on over to Gamespots website you can get some images and even download the demo! You should have assumed that I got the demo and just last night played some of it. Maybe that wasn’t such a good idea, this game is a little freaky! The monsters are like nothing I’ve seen before. They’re like Resident Evil baddies on steriods! The textures are out of this world and I keep thinking that if I touch my monitor goo will splooge out too. It’s horrific and so realistic! So many things in the game are interactive, and that is really what makes a game good to me. I haven’t run all the way through the demo so I’ll probably make a second post when I complete the demo, but over all, I am completely satisfied with this game. It’s got a decent story, superb graphics, excellent audio and wonderful controls. I cannot wait for this to hit store shelves! post comment

World of Warcraft: Part II [24 Jun 2006|09:51am] It’s been 2 months since my girlfriend and I started playing World of Warcraft. Our trial accounts ran out and that was that. We didn’t really feel like playing anything else since there really was no other game that could come close to comparing with WoW. We tried several games, Ragnarok, Second Life, Warrock…nothing was as good as World of Warcraft. So just last night we re-subscribed to the game and we stayed up until 4am playing! We’re on Skullcrusher so feel free to come and visit us. We’ll be talking much more about this in the podcast next week! I just had to say how wonderfully amazing this game is! The new global LFG channel sucks though. Bleh. post comment
