As usual I've been so incredibly busy this week so I've barely had time to write. I just barely got my homework in last night for classes. It's relatively easy though so yay for that. I've also been in the process of trying to adopt a cat. Once you get the forms in and stuff it's a pretty fast process though, within a few days I was approved and I was taking home my new kitty.
She's much more playful then they seemed to have made her out to be which is great. She can also be very quiet and cuddly. She actually sleeps on the end of the bed at night. She has lots of energy when she wants to. Overall I am very happy and I am planning to add a link to the shelters homepage on my main blog.
So besides the cat...the new season of CSI has started. The first episode was absolutely wonderful. I won't spoil it for anyone...I cannot wait for the next episode, Oct. 4th! I don't know if I mentioned it, but I am in the process of getting all 7 seasons of CSI. I've actually attempted to rip them off DVDs, but the process would have taken forever (not to say downloading them isn't...).
I actually setup one of my PCs and I've started playing some of the games on Steam. I bought Garry's Mod last night. It's really cool, and I am sure much cooler when you learn how to use it. I am tempted to pre-order The Orange Box, but I heard there might be some issues with Garry's Mod...I might still do it though.
Today emilie and I are headed to the local horse show. It's mostly just a fun sorta thing, nothing crazy. It's an absolutely gorgeous day outside so that will surely make it better. Last time I went in 2005 it was raining and icky out. After that I am going to head into work for a few hours and then we'll probably head up to Williston or Burlington for a bit. I have to grab a VGA cable and I don't think we have any at Small Dog.
Well, I am off to go play with Kitty which I think I am going to name Jiji after the kitty cat in Kiki's Delivery Service.
