CoD4! [30 Jan 2008|12:13am] [ mood | sleepy ] Well today I worked upstairs because they needed some help. 2 people were unable to keep up with my job and within 5-6 hours I had it all caught up. It's not like my previous job was to be a rocket scientist either, it was copying and pasting text...oh well... makkintosshu got me the 1st volume of Pixar shorts! I've not watched it yet, but I think Emilie and I might watch it tomorrow night...rather tonight since it's Wednesday already. I've decided that I am going to collect all the Pixar and Miyazaki movies on DVD or Blu-Ray. squeaky lent me a hand and gave me some tips on how to get a real payment system and proper email aliasing working. I am going to give it a shot tomorrow. One that that I forgot to ask was how I should configure DNS. I assume I should just create an MX record and point it at the server with Postfix and the email alias table. That sounds right to me...hopefully it works cause it sure would be nice to have it done correctly. He's a really great guy, I know him back from like 2004 when I was running SceneJournal, he would post in lj_everywhere sometimes. Anyways, he's definitely a good source of information. Morgan, Keith and I played some COD4 tonight. I finally got to level 32, Morgan is 13 and Keith is 50 haha I do enjoy that game a lot! I have to get a real copy of DiRT so Morgan and I can race. But I gotta get DMC4 first... I am really enjoying this userpic of Affirmed, I think I might make it my default. Hrmm not much else to say, I think Emilie and I are going to go out for dinner tomorrow night, thai food! Yummy. 3 comments|post comment
