usernames Change & Code [11 Feb 2008|03:27pm] [ mood | working ] Well after some pondering and encouragement I've changed the price for username requests (in usernames to $4 per username. It sounds like a fair deal and it will definitely all be going to towards a new switch and probably more RAM for the server. So yeah that's that. In scribbldsuggest a user suggested userpic previews when commenting which sounded totally cool and looked totally cool form the screenshots I'd been shown. Fortunately the code is already in the system it was just a matter of making it work! It was a lot easier then I thought it would be, it really was as simple as adding in one line of code! I really love the new feature so I hope you all will too! It's available to all Early Adopters, Special Donators, Paid and Permanent accounts today! So work is okay...I sold a bunch of stuff, MacBooks, MacBook Pros...Only an hour and a half left and then I am going to the barn. My old horse back riding trainer came into today. She had come in a couple weeks ago telling me about this issue she was having with her iPod nano. It was stopping right in the middle of sentences (she listens to audio books) for what seemed to be no reason. I couldn't figure it out and told her to send it to Apple. So today she told me the issue was that the headphones were slipping out of their port which does indeed cause the iPod to pause itself. I asked her how the horses were doing, they're on vacation, lucky horses! I told her she still owed me 3 lessons and that I'll definitely be going to her or she'll come to my barn to give them too me, I definitely want to get back into lessons this summer, I just got to find the money. I can get like 10 of them for like $400 or so. Then she told me they had bred Maggie (the horse I wanted to buy, and they bred her to this. That foal is going to be amazing. Gatsby is an awesome horse, VERY beautiful! So yeah, I am just chilling out until 5PM...it's been a good day so far! :) 6 comments|post comment
