I cannot believe I am betrothed to.. to such a..

The English language fails me.

For a moment, I believed... he intentionally made me believe that he was going to kiss me. I might have been willing to... I would have been willing to... he did not follow through.

I do not enjoy being toyed with. In the future, I will not be so willing to return such of an embrace. That is not required of me until we are married. There is nothing wrong with my refusal to partake in such activities until we are wed.
