Mikal gives her a slight, mischievous wink when he notices the blush... and oh yes, he notices. He likewise doesn't interrupt the song, even looking once or twice like he might join in, or at least like he's trying to remember the lines.
"Nice. I haven't heard that song in ages. Dad loves it though."
