If you leave you'll be charged a fine that covers what you would have made during the duration of your contract, as well as legal fees from whatever lawyer you hire to defend your rights for breaking the contract, as well as any other legal fees encompassed in this. You're looking at a huge waste of money, so quit whining and pay up the $200. You make more than that a night anyway.
