NAME: Victoire Fabienne Weasley
AGE & BIRTHDAY: May 2nd, 1999
HOUSE & YEAR: Gryffindor alumni.
SEXUAL ORIENTATION: Heterosexual.
BIRTHPLACE: Shell Cottage, Tinworth, Cornwall.

PARENTS: Fleur Delacour & Bill Weasley
SIBLINGS: Dominique, younger sister; Louis, younger brother.
BLOODLINE: Pureblood. Surprisingly.
SOCIAL STATUS: Middleclass, hopefully.
FAMILY SITUATION:
Early on, many believed that Bill Weasley's only appeal to flighty French Fleur Delacour was his rugged good looks and his rather exciting lifestyle as Curse-Breaker. However, after his attack and subsequent disfigurement, Fleur stayed by her man. Their marriage, albeit no fairy tale, was successful, even flourishing. The two young lovebirds had three children, the eldest Victoire born a scant year after the Battle of Hogwarts, Dominique the second daughter, and Louis, their only son.

APPEARANCE:
If Fleur's grandmother was veela, that makes Victoire one-eighth. Of course, those seven-eighths tend to take over – particularly the Weasley’s strong willed Britishness. Weasley freckles cover her pale skin. Fortunately the flaming red hair fell to the shoulders of her younger siblings, and some fortuitous turn of gene splicing gave her a mix between her father’s red hair and her mother’s silvery blonde ones. Depending on the day, her hair earns different colors: on days where she looks particularly shabby, it’s orange: on the more glamorous days, it’s strawberry blonde. Youth is on her side, and she inherited her mother’s slim figure. Her square face follows the lines of her father's, and she received her mother's pale blue eyes.
PREFERRED PB: Melanie Thierry.

PERSONALITY:
There is generally an air of contendedness about her - her father's laidback manner. The world around her may be a swirling vortex of chaos and anxiety, but Victoire lives in the center, untouched.
More than anything, Victoire perceives the world tactilely. The world around her must be soft, warm, cozy. Her biggest pleasure comes from eating, anything and everything.
Older sister.
Part veela.
Gryffindor.
Bill: a "cool" but disfigured dad
Fleur: French, Triwizard tournament.
sincere.
Victoire is both a little odd, and a little perfect.
talented at prediction.
epicure.

Please have a minimum of two to three paragraphs. The personality should be logically sequential and cohesive, organized with clear line breaks and development.

LIKES: Scarves. Tea Shops. Handwritten letters. Teddy Lupin. Gourmet sandwiches. Mixtapes. Teddy. Floral arrangemens involving carnations. Sweater vests. Teddy Lupin. Thank you notes. Her mother. Journal writing. Throw blankets. Nutella on pumpernickel. Teddy. Decorating for Christmas. Baking cookies of all sorts, especially ginger chocolate chip, or oatmeal chocolate chip, or cranberry chocolate chip, or anything with chocolate chips. Baking bread: pumpkin, potato, kitchen sink, rolls. Teddy. Fireplaces. Handmade socks and sweaters from her grandmother Molly. Dipping her hand into uncooked rice.
DISLIKES: Laundry on the floor - especially wet towels. American cars. An angry mother. Children crying in public. Poorly cooked food! Chairs with too much fluff (or not enough). Garish Christmas lights. Being smothered by her family. Outdoor things: bugs, dirt, dead leaves, acorns, animals. Snakes! Sand between her toes. Rudeness.

HISTORY:
Bill met Fleur Delacour at Hogwarts, and within moments of looking at the girl, was in love. She was immediately taken by his long red hair, his rakish attitude, and adventurous career. It wasn't long before the long looks, the batting of the eyes turned into something more. They worked together, falling in love over bank notes. She whispered French words of love in his ear, and he wooed her with stories of daring-do. Memos flew back and forth between floor three and flour eight, with X's and O's littering the pages. Not even a thing like a bloodied disfigurment could dissuade Fleur from her man - after he was attacked by Fenrir Greyback.

His family wasn't so sure about the marriage, being a bit iffy on the character of his French bride. Her family didn't comprehend how exactly he planned on supporting her. In the end, however, it is hard to separate two young lovers, and they wed shortly after. It was a memorable day for more than one reason, marking the day the Ministry fell. Their honeymoon was less than spectacular - waiting, in fear, of the coming days.

They say that if a newlywed couple put a dime in a jar every time they made love in the first year of marriage, and remove a dime every time they make love in the years following, the jar will never empty. Not so for the new Mr and Mrs Bill Weasley. They filled the jar to overflowing more than once, and it emptied again and again. However, their love life, as full of vivre as it was, suffered the blows of war. As more and more people were bloodied and rough handled by the war raging through wizarding Britain, the young Weasleys opened their small cottage to those in need. Even Harry spent a few days recovering from yet another battle. Even the two young lovers faced their share of danger, joining all the Order to fight on Hogwarts' ground. Bill lost a brother, and they lost many friends.

However, seeing as they were on the winning side, life returned to some form of normality. The dime jar returned to its usual activity. Within three months of the end of the war, Fleur found herself pregnant with their first child - a daughter with glorious strawberry blonde hair, and a sweet grin that never seemed to fade. Born a year to date from the Battle of Hogwarts, they named her Victoire.

Victoire, even as a young girl, managed to combine the two sides of her family in one - the grace of being French, with the quaintness of the British. She ran around singing in French while pushing her baby doll pram round and round the dining room table. There were regular trips to visit the Delacours in Amiens, and to Grandmum Molly and Grandpop Arthur at the Burrow. While most of the family collected like a pool of mercury, Fleur continued to struggle to assimilate herself in with her sister- and brothers-in-law. Of course, the minute Fleur gave birth to the wonder that was Victoire, Molly dropped all misconceptions and hailed the Frenchwoman as the bearer of grandchildren.

- pre-Hogwarts childhood.
- Skill at prediction/"seeing"

As all British wizarding children do, Victoire was eventually to attend Hogwarts. She was the eldest of her cousins to start schooling, and every one of the little ones pestered her to write each and every one of them long and often. She promised, and stepped on board the Hogwarts Express, buzzing with nerves. She could barely sit still for the six hour ride up to the school, fidgeting and staring out the window then getting up to walk the train then getting some snacks from the cart then going to sit down and opening a textbook before putting it down and fidgeting some more. When she finally climbed into the boat, spotting the castle for the first time, a quiver of excitement rippled through her. Naturally, with the red hair and the freckles and the brave heart of a Weasley, she was quickly shuffled into Gryffindor.

Victoire did rather well her first year - making top marks and good friends. She picked up Astronomy quite well, although it was a bit tetchy in Transfiguration. Even better was second year stepping into Divinations. At her father's suggestion, Victoire tried her hand at Arithmancy - the building blocks for curse-breaking. Not surprisingly, she happens to be rather good at the math of it. Especially when she owled her father for tips and advice. Leaving the Quidditch to her more skilled cousins, Victoire spent her time in studies, and participating in the Clairvoyance Club, initially as just another member, and eventually, by her seventh year, as president. Her grades always were high, throughout her school years - most of which were rather unremarkable - no great adventures for Victoire.

Except, of course, until fifth year, when she decided to pinch the bum of a particular seventh year; one Teddy Lupin.

- Teddy
- leaving school (apartment, job: consulting, Teddy)

THIRD PERSON EXAMPLE
Victoire never enjoyed being in front of people. Even at family reunions, when everyone joined together and showed off their scrubbled clean children, Victoire hid behind the skirts of her mother, hoping she wouldn't be asked to sing "Frere Jacques" again. However, today, she knew it was quite important, this sorting business. Where you were placed today, decided who you were going to be, and Victoire knew she wanted to be a good sort of girl, and not a bad sort. She gave an uneasy look at the table of green and silver, and even though her mother said that all houses had their plusses and minuses, her father had added that if Victoire send owl back that she was a slimy Slytherin, he'd be forced to disown her. She remembered the way Mum had quickly dismissed him, but it still stuck in her mind that Slytherins were inherently slimy.
Suddenly, the number of small nervous people in front of her dwindled to fewer than she could count on one hand. With a gulp, Victoire watched as Warrington, Edgar had his fate slot him into Slytherin. She was next, and taking a deep breath, and putting on a brave face, she stepped forward.
The Sorting Hat took a brief glimpse at Victoire and, rolling its figurative eyes, let out a sigh. Another Weasley. He knew right where to put her, and barely came within a foot of the small girl before shouting out his decision - "Gryffindor!" Victoire, her heavy orange bangs hanging in her eyes as she looked out across the great crowds of students, gave a bright grin. One forth of the room broke into cheers and welcoming applause - another Gryffindor couldn't be bad, after all. She crossed to their side of the room with pride.
