To be honest, the old desktop really did last quite a long while - several years and three kids. Cross your fingers this one lasts well, too.

I was hoping that we'd be chosen by Amazon to take the chance to buy a cheap eeePC, but we didn't. :( THAT would have rocked as a con laptop...
