She retired from the PD, and now does part time on call work with the school district. Plus, she takes my niece to modeling lessons and does her volunteer work with various things. But she sure was easier to get ahold of when she was working!

Nice responses to my little ficlet for the calendar. It's a little angsty. The opening setting was one I had awoken to and I built a whole S&H story out of it while I laid there, not willing to get up yet. Funny what inspires.

Jayne got appliances put in for both her upper and lower jaw, to spread and hold and make room for her teeth. She's such a trooper. Tomorrow both she and Karl have eye appointments. Katie's is next week. I'll sleep when I'm dead.

I wonder why I didn't remember until now. That ever happen to anyone?

So, I was at a house, like a house I needed to go to for some reason, and it turned out to be PMG's house. He was happy to see me and he just chattered on and on about the things he was doing and had done and I got to ask questions and make myself at home and we both just enjoyed each other's company. He made me coffee.

I'm all happy now. :D
