Got a project I need to do for Job #2 and I need to circle things.

I'm taking a screen shot of a page and pasting it into Photoshop.

Then I need to be able to circle a particular item and maybe draw an arrow to it.

How the HECK do I do that? Like, I want a yellow circle or oval around a particular text line or graphic to identify it.

Help?
