Overwhelmed with the Ordinary

July 16th, 2008

So many things today, and a tiny Con*Strict roundup... @ 07:25 pm

Current Mood: busy

1. Slept fairly well. That was a good thing.

2. Temporarily lost my cell phone. Finally found it, caught in the folding chair in its bag in the trunk of my car, from last night's little league game.

3. Couldn't remember my password into Job #2's email. Received quick help, lol.

4. I am officially promoted at Job #1, complete with raise. Fear me, for I have achieved middle management.

5. ConStrict people are love. *plays with all your boobies* *no, I'm not telling, cuz it was impromptu and unexpected*

6. The Corner O'Crap store still cracks me up.

7. Story I cannot relate without busting up lauging: Libyan money/Qaddafi/Glamour Shots/Jazz Hands!

8. Mamma Mia! was FANTASTIC. I laughed way too hard during the intermission (blame [info]master_chatnoir, see Jazz Hands above) and people were turning to stare!

9. [info]commodoremarie is love. Too much fun. We could all have been her mother - we'd have been YOUNG, but we'd could have been, and what a fantastic, mature daughter she would have made any of us. *hugs*

10. The Barry Manilow Store at the Hilton. *see Marie = love above* LUBE! HAND SANITIZER!

11. BEST. ROOMIES. EVER. *loves [info]master_chatnoir and [info]the_haunt* and best adjoining room people *loves [info]wyomingnot, [info]elke_tanzer, and [info]commodoremarie*

12. Dante's Cove. Didn't watch the eps, but OMG THE NAKED GAYNESS.

13. I was not the fandom of one! I was the fandom of one-and-a-half, lol Saky!

14. Finished formatting my zine fic for [info]enednoviel. Passed my Hutch drive around for various uses and in the process acquired Dr. Who, SGA and Dante's Cove.

15. LIGHTNING!

16. QUARK'S!

17. Marilyn's cafe at Tuscany to save us from the horribleness that was Clarion's restaurant!

18. Is it next July yet?

And now...heads down to vid and catch up on work....
