Cutie patootie therapist, lol. Has an eight month old baby, asked if I had advice. Handed him my card, pointed him at the website. :)

He did a nice little ultrasound therapy on my shoulder, and then showed me some exercises and I left in nearly no pain compared to the lot of pain I showed up with.

I've been working all day, dinking with a vid, chatting on IMs - at one point I had:

racric, sjames_centre, [Bad username: mashfanficwriter], dipslikeramon, and two coworkers all going at once, on three different IM systems.

I'm a little twitterpated now....*head is spinning*

I think supper is awaiting me to make it before I tackle more work and this vid...
